The first season of LOOT.BET has come to an end, with AVANGAR taking the lion's share of the $30,000 prize pool.

AVANGAR bagged the $18,000 first place prize of the European online cup, LOOT.BET Season 1, after beating Winstrike in a three map series in the grand final.

The final started off with Winstrike taking their pick, Train, in overtime (19-17), but AVANGAR were able to turn the series around by winning the last two maps amply, 16-8 on Dust2 and 16-6 on Mirage.

The Kazakh team made it to the grand final via the upper bracket, where they beat NoChance and the aforementioned Winstrike, who had to fight their way to the final via the lower bracket, where they eliminated Windigo—the group play champions—and NoChance.
